When you pick up the Vehicle, you have to pay a deposit. If you pay with a credit card, an authorization is made for the deposit.
The amount of the deposit takes into account the category of Vehicle, the Hire Period of the rental and all the additional products and/or
mobility services that you will have selected during the pick-up process.
The deposit is intended to cover additional rental costs.
Its amount is specified in the Rental Agreement and in the confirmation email sent to you at the time of your booking. The amount differs between vehicle categories.
If no additional rental costs are identified, then the deposit will be refunded at the end of the rental. If an additional rental cost occurs the amount will be held from the deposit.
Please note that it may take up to 20 working days for the deposit money to be available in your credit account depending on your bank or card provider.
